We started the negotiation class with a personal development module as the foundation for upskilling individual performance. We combined this module with live activities to ensure a solid understanding for high-impact execution.

A coaching session was then provided to the department heads as a follow-up to measure the training results. All coaching sessions were summarized in a written report for top management’s review.
